As a extreme couponer as well as a backyard farmer I take BIG time advantage of all the sales and farm stands and purchasing things in season and filling my freezer, canning, etc.. (don't worry if you don't know how to can Clay and I will be sharing videos, tips, etc.. on how to do this skill).
This is ONE of the ways I freeze potatoes... I boil them UNTIL DONE.. and then freeze these are great for homefries, fried potatoes, etc..

What to do with excess HOT boiled water.. I dump it in the yard to KILL WEEDS.. FREE WEEDKILLER.. but it will make grass brown, etc.. but if you get a pesky weed that just won't budge.. Boiled water will do the trick.
Tips on stockpiling...My views...
I believe it is SMART as the CEO of your home to stockpile for your family... never again have a recipe without what you need, shopping smart and saving THOUSANDS ... etc.. Here is how I do it.. have 2 years worth of food at all times.. items that don't spoil such as mustard you can have more.. but personality.. I don't On purpose buy "extra" as I would rather use that money for the next round of items so they are FRESHER.. So how do you do it? .. kind of like paying off bills.. one week.. buy your groceries and what ever you can get for free or 1.00 or less if possible.. example... all your Pasta sauce ( I grow my own now) .. but you buy for two years, the next week.. noodles, pasta, etc.. for two years, the next week toilet paper, then powdered milk (great to have on hand) some things MAY NEVER BE ON sale but the money you have saved you can justify these items.. .. so what is happening you are driving your grocery bill down to where all you have to buy is milk, bread , eggs and butter .. each week.. eggs, butter, milk, and even bread.. can be stockpiled too.. but just showing you that all you have to buy is what is Absolutely NEEDED...

Take advantage of all the FREEBIES you find.. I list these daily here ... and will be listing more and more FREEBIES besides sweepstakes here.. which also have a place in your life.. These will help with free shampoo, cleaners, food etc.. but please note.. COUPONING is better.. but FREE IS GOOD :)
BLOGGING... Make a blog http://www.blogger.com get a free one from gmail .. and write about what you know best and do PRODUCT REVIEWS.. most companies will send you free stuff if you do a product review on your blog and help them out by blogging about their products. Most bloggers help each other.. I know I do.. and you can help each other out by guest blogging etc.. What best friends do on their birthdays :)
There are so many great ways to celebrate Birthdays.. But Clay and I have the best way of all I feel :) We usually say let's just make it easy on each other and go out to eat! We love this as it takes off the stress of having to pick out the perfect gift for each other :) We aren't opposed to all the flair but at 51 and 56 we find that just being with your best friend all the time is the best gift you can have everyday of the year !

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE~ Celebrate Your birthday everyday!
Everyday on my blog it is YOUR BIRTHDAY!
Usually, every year I do a Birthday Wish Off around my Birthday.. but now that I am 50 I am going to switch things up and stop doing that instead why not have some fun right here and share about birthday fun and anything and everything to do with Birthdays! I am starting this blog to help stop poverty in America by working with companies and individuals to help stop poverty in America and to help families be successful.
